Joshua Baldwin
With over one hundred criminal jury trials tried to verdict Josh is one of the most seasoned and successful criminal attorneys in Washington. Joshua has tried murders, felonies of every type and misdemeanors before the Superior and District courts of Cowlitz, Clark, and Wahkiakum counties. He is well known for his skills with a jury and the ability to manage the flow of evidence within a case while managing evidentiary objections with ease. Personable and well-liked Joshua is a strong communicator.
Josh graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law with honors and has practiced in southwest Washington for over fifteen years. On Saturdays in the fall, you can find him cheering his kids on the soccer sidelines and on Sundays he’s rooting for the Seahawks.
Chelsea Baldwin
Chelsea Baldwin grew up in Southwest Washington before attending the University of Washington followed by Gonzaga University School of Law where she graduated with honors. She has spent over fifteen years in practice in Southwest Washington with trials (jury and non-jury) before Cowlitz, Clark Wahkiakum, Pacific County Superior courts. A skilled and capable litigator Chelsea works to secure the best result possible in every case and focuses on the outcomes that matter most to each client.
In service to the boarder legal community Chelsea has served on the local Rules / Forms committee as well as the Access to Justice Committee. She is well known for her investments into the community, serving as a member of Cowlitz County Search and Rescue, as a committed soccer coach for girls and boys teams and on local non-profit boards. An avid lover of the outdoors, if she’s not in the office or in a courtroom you can find her hiking local trails in the summer or skiing the slopes in the winter season with her family.
